In this two day, boot-camp style course, you will practice the techniques and concepts of professional facilitation, including those that apply in an agile environment. These are the techniques one must master to become an agile coach.

An agile team facilitator’s role is a unique one. He or she must empower the team to reach their milestones through a series of educational and motivational steps. How often does your team struggle with conflict? Disillusionment? Outright disinterest? You need a facilitator's toolkit to reengage a team, to build consensus and to create accountability.

Completion of this course earns the participant the ICP-ATF certification from ICAgile.
